Doing Anything for Alzheimer's is more than just raising funds to support the Alzheimer Society of Saskatchewan. More importantly, it's about buildling awareness of Alzheimer's disease and related disorders, in hopes that we can work together to support people living with dementia as well as finding a cause and cure.
An event such as this is the ultimate Anything for Alzheimer's.
Premier Brad Wall as well as many individuals and organizations have teamed up to help 'build' this awareness, by building a Rider Shelby to celebrate the Saskatchewan Roughriders' 2013 Grey Cup win. After the car is complete, the car will be auctioned off, with funds going to the Alzheimer Society of Saskatchewan as well as Saskatchewan Minor Football.
The Rider Shelby project is very exciting, and we are fortunate to be part of it. We'll keep you updated as the car progresses.
